The staff at the facility was very welcoming and helpful, starting with Jessica at the front desk, through the chef and waitress at the cafe that served breakfast.. We loved that the hotel provides a free level 2 electric car charger which allowed us to charge overnight right in the parking lot and leave the next morning with a100% charge. We also enjoyed the free breakfast that not only had a good selection of bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt and hot waffles, but also had a chef preparing made to order omelets, potatoes, and pancakes! It went way beyond the typical free motel breakfast. We did not get a chance to use the indoor pool and hot tub, but will plan time for that at our next visit. Whenever we come this way, we’ll stay here!

The breakfast was next level - cooked on demand. You can tell the property owners take pride in this place. it was spotless - we saw a maintenance guy picking up leaf litter in the parking lot! There are numerous small touches too like the way the towels are arranged extra small toiletries in the rooms, etc. The location is right off the freeway and the town of Sutherlin has a smattering of restaurants. We stayed here as a halfway point bringing our son to college and it was very comfortable,

Got there in the evening. The first room the bathroom light had a fan that made a horrible noise the entire it was turned on. The second room the heater would only blow cold. The front desk lady was wonderful. She came down and tried to fix the heater but couldnt so she moved us to the adjoining room and we didnt even have to go outside. They have been nothing but wonderful and the chef with the breakfast that he cooks when you order it is a huge plus.

Chris at the front desk had a very busy day with everyone else coming in from the storm but was still very attentive, patient, and polite when we checked in and every time we asked a question. The staff made a stressful situation much better by showing they cared.

Despite how busy the lobby was the girl doing the check in was awesome. So patient and pleasant to deal with. Went out of her way to book people at nearby places as this hotel was sold out. Morning staff member equally as pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the best we have ever been offered during our overnight stays while traveling. Choices of hot meal prepared for you…outstanding service.
